Responsibilities:
Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for key commodities and services.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential suppliers and industry trends.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
Manage supplier performance and cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill procurement needs.
Monitor and analyze spend data to find cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Identify and manage supply chain risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.
Your Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in strategic procurement, preferably in a global organization.
Proven experience in contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
Leadership capabilities with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
Understanding of global market trends and sourcing strategies.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
